Dangee Dums is a cakes, ice creams and confectionery chain with 86 Outlets in Gujarat.

We are hiring operators who can run our stores and earn a base salary as well as exponential incentives and growth from the profits of the outlet.

Our outlets are located in cities of Gujarat : Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Gandhinagar and Anand

JOB PROFILE

Store Operator

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your roles and responsibilities will include :

- Opening & Closing of outlets ( Outlets must be open 365 Days from morning to late night )

- Stock keeping, inventory management, Accounting, banking

- Recruitment and team management for the outlet

- Promoting outlet through various offers, store-decor, social media and upselling / Cross-selling

- Managing walk-in customers

- Maintaining store decor, lighting, hygiene and cleanliness

- Accepting and processing customer feedback

- Motivating and driving staff at the outlet to boost sales

TERMS OF APPLICATION

- Minimum Education Qualification - Graduate

- The stores are open 365 Days and you must nominate a replacement for the days you’re on leave who will be trained and certified by Dangee Dums

- Must be prepared to work long hours and particularly during holidays and off-days.

- You must be willing to sign a 3-year contract with Dangee Dums

PREFERENCE

- We prefer candidates with retail experience- specially in F&B industry

- Working knowledge of English, Gujarati / Hindi

- Basic computing skills ( For billing and accounts )

- Preference will also be given to candidates who have experience as store managers or running their own stores /franchisee in the past

Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
