Responsibilities and Duties

• Should have minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of overall experience in keeping Company's back-end computernetworkup to date and running smoothly and timely support team and end users.
• Install network and computer systems, maintain, repair and upgrade network and computer systems. Diagnosing and fixing problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software and systems.
• Proactively monitor network and systems to improve performance.
• Responsible for VPS Server Configuration and all Hosting Server management
• Experience in Domain, SSL, Email Configuration and management (All client and products)
• Must be able to work on Routers, switches, hubs, and firewalls.
• Set up of user accounts, permissions and passwords to ensure compliance with policy. Provide support for Printer, scanner, IP Phone, Local Phone, EPBX, Video Camera, LAN Wiring.
• Setup and configure Windows Servers, IIS Server configuration and management.
• Provide onsite, offsite and remote support as per client requirement and needs – 24 * 7.
• Manage Backup of Sites and SVN. Should be able to maintain various environments – Dev, QA and Production. Check Server Event and error logs. Help with application releases.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and MySQL Databases– Administration and monitoring of Backup, Restore and database refresh from one environment to another.
• Outlook email server (Hosting) configuration and management.
• Perform Shared Drive Configuration and management, periodic clean-up and daily, weekly, monthly maintenance activities.
• Able to provide ISP Support and management
• Experience of Active Directory configuration and management

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering (C.E., I.T) with 1 year experience, B.Sc. (I.T.) Or Diploma in IT with minimum 1-3 years of experience.
• Certification in networking is an added advantage.
• Should be a team player with optimistic attitude and able to work independently.
• Good listener with excellent email communication and presentation skills.
• Should be self-motivated, self-managed with sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be eager to learn and should have effective time management, and multi-tasking skills.
