OUR FIRM AMD INTEGRAL WITH OFFICES IN AHMEDABAD AND NEW YORK, USA- (www.amdintegral.com) IS SEEKING A SHARP ACCOUNTS SUPERVIOR WITH MINIMUM 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING PREFERRED. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & ORGANIZATION SKILLS. KNOWLEDGE OF U.S BASED ACCOUNTING/BOOKKEEPING AND QUICK BOOKS SOFTWARE HIGHLY PREFERRED. THE INDIVIDUAL WILL COMMUNICATE REGULARLY WITH OUR USA STAFF AND MANAGEMENT
-Oversight of all accounting, tax returns and special projects functions within the organization servicing USA Clients.
--Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements, review balances and apply analytical skills to identify, research, and document significant changes in account balances.-Perform client month-end close procedures; reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts; prepare monthly reporting package. -Team player, willing to assist other members of the Company as needed and flexibility to complete special projects within deadline.
- Full cycle of A/P and A/R Operations, coding/posting invoices, applying payments, issuing debits/ credits notes, managing vendor returns, issuing suppliers/bank checks, allocation of payments, producing customer/vendor statement, monitoring balances, generating and distributing Payroll preparation and Submissions, creating of New Accounting codes, GL Posting, accounts analysis, petty cash accounts management, expense classification/coding, creating and maintain Journal Entries,
